Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

Please allow up 7 business days to process your order – we often ship within 48-hours. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipping is included with all Pristine products.

Items excluded and that will be added to the price will be permitting or special documents required for international shipments outside of Canada and USA.

Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes. We are unable to ship to International P.O. Boxes.

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times can take longer than mentioned above.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipping fees do not include duties or taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to and payment is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. If the customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned back to PRISTINE at the purchaser’s expense.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order.
